Education

Everything I teach, published openly — slides, working Excel models, reading lists and career resources. If you are a student, take them.

FOR PROGRAMS
University presidents, deans and program chairs I teach economics, banking, finance, investments and financial modeling at the graduate level — as a practitioner who is still publishing research. CFA charterholder, Kellogg MBA, AACSB Bridge certified, and twenty-five years on the sell side before that. I mark honestly and I do not inflate grades.

COURSE MATERIALS

Take what you need

These are the actual materials I teach from, not summaries of a textbook.

Curriculum & Course Materials Updating

New course materials, lecture decks, and financial models will be published here shortly.

Free for any student or instructor. Attribution appreciated, not required. If you find an error in a model, email me and I will fix it and credit you.

TEACHING BACKGROUND

Practitioner first,
professor second.

I have taught economics, banking, finance and investments at the graduate level in both the United States and Vietnam, while running an independent research platform. Students get the framework and the market as it stands this week, from someone who is accountable for published calls.

I also mentor students toward internships and first jobs, and will keep doing it — most of what determines a first job is information the student did not have, and that is fixable.
